These terms govern your use of elevatemktevents.com, operated by Elevate Events & Marketing LLC. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website itself; work we perform for a client is governed by a separate written agreement.
Use of the website
You may read this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Intellectual property
The name Elevate, the Elevate symbol and wordmark, the written content of this site, and the photography and design shown on it are owned by us or licensed to us. The typefaces used are licensed from their respective foundries. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt the content of this site for commercial use without written permission.
Ownership of client deliverables is dealt with in the engagement agreement, not here. In our standard terms, final deliverables and source files belong to the client.
No offer and no guarantee
Nothing on this website is a binding offer, a quote, or a promise of a particular commercial outcome. Descriptions of services describe what we do, not results you will obtain. Any scope, timeline, price or service level becomes binding only in a signed engagement agreement.
Enquiries
Sending a brief through the contact form does not create a contract or a client relationship, and does not oblige us to accept the work. Please do not send confidential or legally privileged material through the form; a mutual confidentiality agreement can be put in place before any sensitive information is exchanged.
Disclaimer
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and the applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
